Our second camping trip of the summer. This time we headed off on our own to a place called Hendy Park in Northern Sonoma County. Here's our campsite and we're already getting breakfast underway after a nice sleep.

Hiking is hard work and this carved log bench was a welcome seat for Milan and mama.

Our long hike brought us to a beautiful river bed that we cooled our feet in.

This fallen redwood tree made for a great backdrop of these two hikers. Last year they had flooding and lost a lot of trees just like this one.
